Buryn Hot is a full-sensory VR experience so good that the human nervous system can sustain it for about eleven weeks. Hyperstimulation leads to coma, and coma leads where coma leads. Every member knows this. It's on the box. It's the first line of the waiver, the last line of the waiver, and the subject of a mandatory 40-minute video narrated by someone's mother.
They sign up anyway. Our waitlist is 190,000 people. We think this says something about the product, and we try not to think about what it says about everything else.
The metrics are unlike anything in consumer: daily active use of 23.1 hours, churn of exactly 100%, and an NPS of 94. Lifetime value is, for once, not an estimate.
