Co-founder here. I know how this looks. I'd only say: every one of our members has read a waiver that opens with the outcome, in 24-point type. How many products you used today can say their harms were disclosed at all, let alone first? Your phone took more than eleven weeks from you. It just didn't ask.

From a pure business standpoint the issue is you can't do expansion revenue, referrals are time-boxed, and your most passionate users are structurally unable to become long-term advocates. They've built the first company where the better the product gets, the shorter the LTV. I'd love to see how they pitched that.

I'm number 84,112 on the waitlist. I'm not depressed. I have a good job. I read the waiver. I just tried the 90-second demo at a trade show and I've thought about it every day for seven months. I don't have a point. I just wanted someone to know the demo is 90 seconds for a reason.

We've had a number of accounts post similar comments today. If you tried the demo, please know the feeling does fade; several users in past threads report it took about a year. We're leaving this thread up because people should be able to read it.
